Return & Exchange

We take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a different product than what was ordered

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

2. Mandatory Requirements to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To process your request smoothly, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Unboxing Video Required
    A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided, starting from the moment the package is opened. This video is essential to validate any claims of damage or incorrect items.
  2. Original Packaging
    The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:
    • All tags, labels, and barcodes
    • Any accessories, manuals, or freebies that came with it
  3. Unused Condition
    The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Any sign of usage will void the return/exchange eligibility.
  4. Request Timeline
    You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  5. Proof of Purchase
    A valid order ID or invoice must be shared while requesting a return or exchange.

3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@vatavaranbyvachi.com with the following:

  • Your order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • The unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the received product and packaging

4. Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement within 3-5 business days.
  • For refunds, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Note

We reserve the right to reject return/exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
